The Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) outlines the standards that the school district must follow for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Personal information banks

Section 57 of the Act requires the publication of a directory of personal information banks; collections of personal information that is organized by identifying names, numbers, symbols or other particulars assigned to an individual. This directory is available here, available in French only.

Privacy management program

The CSCN has established a privacy management program that outlines the Board’s compliance with POPA. A copy of the program is available here, available in French only.
